Very little, on purpose. Here is the whole of it.
It asks for a phone number, a ZIP, the street where the machine is, which machine it is, a rough time of day, and what the machine is doing. No name, no email. The submission goes through Web3Forms — a relay service that passes form entries along and retains nothing for this shop — and lands in Wes’s inbox.
Calls you back, writes the visit on the board, loads the probable part, and afterward writes the ledger page for your address. Your details sit in Wes’s own scheduling book. They are not sold and not shared, with one exception: a parts supplier gets your street when a part has to ship there directly.
There is none — no analytics, no advertising pixels. The fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees the font request as any font server would. Phone calls are not recorded.
Ring, or write to the Mount Pleasant address, and Wes will read your details back to you, fix them, or strike them from the book. Ledger pages stay on file so a return visit starts where the last one stopped; ask and yours is struck too.
